This is a supa good recipe and perfect for an easy weeknight recipe! This salmon recipe is perfect for a low carb dinner with Caesar salad and a steamed vegetable. We love steamed zucchini with this recipe. I get my salmon from Costco. But any place you trust us fine. Whether you find the boneless salmon in one large cut, or separate filets, try to find cuts that are similar in thickness for even baking.
This Salmon recipe is so great because the ingredients besides the salmon itself, are likely already in your pantry and fridge. This recipe is also really versatile. You could use this easy baked salmon recipe in other ways, for example, salmon tacos, or salmon cakes (patties), or salmon salad.

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. If needed, pat the salmon dry on both sides with a paper towel. Line a baking sheet with tinfoil for easy cleanup. And carefully lay the salmon on the pan. Spread the mayo across the salmon in a thin layer. Add pieces of the softened butter evenly across the salmon and try to spread the butter as best you can. Squeeze the lemon juice evenly over the top of the salmon. Then sprinkle the Lawrys brand garlic salt evenly across, with heavier coverage of garlic salt seasoning where the fish is thickest. And thinner coverage where the fish is thinnest. Add fresh cracked pepper evenly across.
Put the baking sheet in to a 350 degree oven and bake for about 20 min. The salmon is done when it is light in color and opaque. Take it out of the oven just after the Salmon turns opaque. Serve with lemon wedges and Ceasar salad if desired.
